You simply select the services you need, customize details like your date and budget, match with verified local partners, and manage your booking through our system.

We currently operate in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, and over 76+ cities across India. We are expanding rapidly to more tier-2 and tier-3 cities.

Every partner on Shata goes through a multi-step vetting process. We verify their legal business registrations, inspect past portfolios, conduct background checks, perform food safety audits for caterers, and verify structural safety for decorators. Only vendors who maintain a rating above 4.5 stars are retained on our active marketplace.

Absolutely! You can use our platform to build custom packages. For instance, you can book just photography, or combine photography, catering, and decor. The Shata platform coordinates calendars across all your chosen partners so they work in harmony.

Yes, all payments are routed through safe, SSL-encrypted payment gateways. We hold your booking deposit in escrow and only release payments to vendors upon successful completion of their milestones. If an event is cancelled, our cancellation policy depends on the timing; you can receive up to a 100% refund if cancelled within the allowable window.

Vendors can apply through our Partner page. You will need to provide your business identity proof, GST details (if applicable), portfolio links, and reference clients. Once submitted, our onboarding team will reach out to conduct a site review and catalog setup within 5-7 business days.

We offer transparent, success-based commission tiers. Partners only pay a nominal commission on completed bookings generated through the platform. There are no registration fees, monthly subscription fees, or hidden costs to list your services.
